At ILARA PRO, we strive to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Delivery Times and Tracking

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt. Shipping is done via UPS with a tracking number and delivery without a signature.

Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online in real-time.

Special Shipping Options

If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option to arrange the corresponding details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. Please note the following:

  • Handling fees have a fixed price.
  • Transportation costs may vary depending on the package's total weight.
  • We advise you to group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders placed separately, so shipping costs will apply to each one individually.

Packaging and Protection

We do our best to protect all fragile items. We use appropriately sized boxes where your items will be well protected to ensure they arrive at their destination in excellent condition.

Note: Although we take the utmost care in packaging, ILARA PRO is not responsible for any damage the package may suffer after shipment due to the handling by the shipping company, although we will always help you manage any incidents with them.
